Bellando de Castro Residence
With a maximum capacity of 84 individuals, the Bellando de Castro Residence comprises a total of 70 individual studios, each covering approximately 30 square meters and featuring a large balcony. Additionally, there are apartments available for couples, each measuring 40 square meters and equipped with two balconies in a dual exposure layout. The residents are served by staff from various domains, including administration, logistics, dining services, and entertainment.
The Bellando de Castro Residence is equipped with a hot-link kitchen, allowing for the preparation of all meals served on-site. Meals can be arranged in either full board: breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with the option of having breakfast in the dining room, or half board: optional breakfast, lunch in the dining room, excluding dinner. Beyond any possible modifications due to health reasons or justified personal preferences, the rule, in the spirit of conviviality, is that lunch is taken in the dining room by all residents.
The Residence offers laundry service and repairs for household equipment, including electricity, heating, TV, and telephone. Weekly maintenance is provided for the apartments as well as the common areas: dining room, entertainment room, chapel, entrance hall, office, elevators...

Our Services
The presence and availability of the teams at Bellando de Castro Résidence allow residents to interact on a daily basis. In addition, a wide range of services is offered to them in accordance with the provisions of the Operating Regulations and carried out by professionals.
Housing
The accommodations are spacious furnished studios with loggias, consisting of an entrance with a closet, a living area with a sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom or shower room. Resident couples may have access to a double studio depending on availability at the time of admission. Pets are allowed (according to the provisions of the Operating Regulations).
Reception and Front Desk
A person who is available and attentive is present every day, 24/7, including weekends and holidays, to welcome visitors, manage phone calls, and receive mail. They provide information to residents about the highlights of residence life. A presence is ensured day and night to provide immediate assistance to residents in case of need. Night reception is provided by a security agent. For those geographically distant from the Principality, a guest studio can be rented within the residence.
Cleaning and Maintenance
A dynamic team takes care of the maintenance and cleaning of the studios and common areas of the residence. To allow residents to have their personal laundry taken care of, there is a laundry room on-site and available for use.
Common Living Spaces A large space is dedicated to leisure activities where residents can engage in activities offered by the entertainment team (gymnastics, workshops, etc.), enjoy the library, television, the freely accessible computer station, or the lounges for moments of conviviality and relaxation.
Dining Residents
have the option to have their breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a quality restaurant. The chef creates the menu based on the suggestions and preferences of the residents. Meals are cooked on-site every day, with a focus on local and seasonal products. The dining service also allows residents to reserve a table for their guests.
Religious Services
The chapel is accessible to all residents collectively during religious services or individually for a spiritual moment. Every Sunday and on every significant date in the Catholic calendar, Mass is celebrated in the residence chapel.
